The patient is continuing to recover well. His alertness has markedly improved, as has his hemiparesis. His post-op non-contrast head CT demonstrates expected post-operative changes over the right hemisphere, with a subdural drain in place and minimal residual extraaxial blood on that side. Midline shift has been reduced to just 1.2mm.
