What do you do now?
Nothing else to do now that the workup has been complete. They're critically ill, obviously. Sign off.
Empirically give IV levetiracetam 4.5g for presumed status epilepticus.
Empirically give IV dexamethasone 16mg for presumed cerebral edema.
Empirically give IV 23.4% NaCl for presumed intracranial hypertension.
