Yes! This profile demonstrates a moderate neutrophilic pleocytosis with slightly elevated protein and slightly reduced glucose. When we look back at the case overall, there's high suspicion for an infectious meningoencephalitis. With the patient's FLAIR hyperintensity (and clinical correlate of a right-sided INO as well as somnolence), we've identified the patient as having an infectious rhomboencephalitis. The most common cause for this is Listeria. Listeria doesn't cause the marked pleocytosis that you'd typically see of other bacterial meningoencephalitidies. Enterovirus is the other common cause of an infectious rhomboencephalitis, though the WBC count is typically in the 100s.
