Yes! The patient's BP has precipitously dropped (had needed nicardipine gtt to be just under the post-thrombectomy treatment goal). She is more somnolent than we saw earlier today. She's in a-fib with RVR-- actual RVR, with HR between 150-170. Therefore, per ACLS, we need to cardiovert her for unstable a-fib.
