Yes! We've now exhausted both the first-line (IV lorazepam 0.1mg/kg) and second-line (IV levetiracetam 4500mg) therapies for convulsive status epilepticus. He's still having generalized seizures (mentation impaired as a result); this isn't a case where he's having focal abnormal movements with preserved awareness. Thus, we absolutely need to intubate him and start an IV sedative such as propofol or midazolam as the third-line therapy.
