Sorry! We've already given a healthy amount of lorazepam-- for this patient's given weight, we've already reached the 0.1mg/kg goal. We gave the second-line agent, and while things briefly seemed better, he's continued to be in status epilepticus. Because he never returned to baseline, we consider this a continuation of his status epileplticus, so we're ready to move on to the third-line therapy.
